SUMMER SCHOOL
May 18 (Thursday) – June 13 (Tuesday)
7:45 a.m. -3:15 p.m.
SUMMER SCHOOL UPDATE -- There will be NO Summer School on May 29, 30, 31.
Make-up days will be on Monday, June 12 and Tuesday, June 13.
As most of you already know, the Chaffee High School Baseball team has advanced to the State Final Four. They will play on Monday, May 29th at 4:00 pm and depending on the outcome of that game, they will play again on Tuesday, May 30th at 4:00 pm or 7:00 pm. The games will be played just outside of Springfield in Ozark, MO. Due to the location and timing of the games we will NOT have Summer School or Summer Weights on Tuesday, May 30th or Wednesday, May 31st. This will allow our students, faculty, staff, and fans the opportunity to attend the games. We will resume Summer School classes and Weights on Thursday, June 1st. Summer School days will be made up on Monday, June 12th and Tuesday, June 13th.

Elementary Reminders:
- LOST and Found Coats and Hoodies at CES - Parents – If your child is missing a coat or hoodie, please make sure you stop by and check our CES Lost & Found. We have numerous coats & hoodies in the Lost and Found and would like to get them sent home with the students.
- Parent Portal Access and Emails from Teachers -- Elementary Parents/Guardians, If you do not have access to our Parent Portal or you are not receiving emails from your child's teacher, please send a note to school with your email address again or call the school to update your email address.
- Morning Arrival Time Reminder – The Elementary School doors do NOT open until 7:20 am each morning. There is no one at the elementary to open the doors and supervise until 7:20 am so please do NOT drop students off before 7:20 am.
- Wednesday Dismissal Time – CES dismisses early EVERY Wednesday (2:25 pm for car riders and 2:30 for bus riders)!

CONGRATULATIONS TO CHAFFEE ELEMENTARY BETA CLUB STUDENTS – TOP 5 AT THE STATE BETA CLUB CONVENTION!
The following students placed in the Top 5 at the State Beta Club Convention. All of the following students qualify for the Beta Club National Convention in Louisville, KY the week of June 18.
